Our Story
For over two decades, we’ve been at the forefront of helping organisations optimise flow and transform value streams across both the public and private sectors. Working with software teams and business operations, we have guided businesses to establish smoother, more predictable workflows. Our experience in leading the project to product transformation in the public sector has been key to helping organisations shift focus from isolated initiatives to continuous delivery of value, ensuring that customer needs are met faster and with greater impact.
We are also proud to have founded and organised Lean Agile Scotland, one of the world’s leading Lean Agile conferences. This event has been a platform for innovation, fostering collaboration and pushing the boundaries of Lean and Agile thinking. Alongside our consulting and community-building efforts, we developed Change Mapping, a structured approach to navigating complex organisational change. By helping leaders map and manage value streams through this method, we empower teams to embrace change, improve flow, and deliver continuous value.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, we have successfully guided organisations through complex transformations. In the public sector, we led a project to product transformation, playing a critical role in forming and coaching the strategic leadership team to lead by the principles of intent based leadership. By helping them develop and deploy effective strategies, adopt key prioritisation practices, and manage a portfolio of digital and business operations improvements, we ensured lasting organisational change that prioritised flow and value delivery.

As the founders of Lean Agile Scotland, we’ve also been at the forefront of community leadership, creating one of the most influential Lean Agile conferences globally. This platform has brought together thought leaders and practitioners to drive innovation and challenge conventional thinking. Our leadership experience is rooted not only in guiding individual organisations but also in fostering a broader community dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
